Children’s Prices Children 0-3 are Free of Charge Children 4-14 Years are £21.50 per night Children’s prices are based on sharing a room with 2 full-paying adults. When only 1 adult is on the reservation with 1 child, the child would pay two thirds of the adult price. Every child thereafter will be charged the standard child prices as listed above. Rates The prices featured throughout this brochure are per person, dinner bed and breakfast, based on two adults sharing a standard room. Upgraded rooms are available for an additional cost (please see supplements above). All prices were correct at the time of going to print. Due to the uncertainty of sterling, or local currency, they could be affected should inflation rise heavily or if there is a change in government tax. On rare occasions some details, activities or entertainment may change due to circumstances out of our control. In the event of this happening, we will endeavour to let guests who have made bookings aware as quickly as possible. Deposits Deposits of £50 per person are required upon booking to secure your reservation. No reservations can be made without a deposit. For reservations over Christmas and New Year, deposits are £100 per person. All balances are to be paid upon arrival unless booking within a group, where final balances are due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Christmas and New Year reservations are to be paid prior to arrival and must reach the hotel no later than the 1st December 2026. All deposits are non-refundable. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. Booking Conditions All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation Terms: • 15+ days before arrival: Deposit retained. If you need to change your arrival date due to unforeseen circumstances, a £20 per adult admin fee applies. • 8–14 days before: 50% of the total holiday cost is due. • 4–7 days before: Two-thirds of the total cost is due. • 3 days or less: Full cost of the holiday is payable.
